Bathed in natural light and offering generous living spaces, this contemporary house is ideal for a perfect Breton getaway. Relax in the landscaped garden: a seating area is available, as well as outdoor games such as molkky and Breton palets. For complete relaxation, the property's private spa is accessible by reservation (€20 per room per session, bathrobes provided).

Villa Émeraude is ideally located 1 km from the center of Léhon, a charming little town with a picturesque bridge, abbey, old fortified castle, and lock on the Rance River. Those who enjoy walking or cycling will be delighted by the numerous hiking trails accessible from the house. Maps, routes, and a repair kit are available, and bicycle rentals can be arranged through the local agency Kaouann.

The three guest rooms are located on the upper floor of this beautiful contemporary house. Each room is unique and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The landing, furnished as a reading nook, offers a lovely view of Dinan and is an ideal place to relax.
