Upon request at the time of booking, the Emerald room can be prepared with twin beds (90x200cm)

We were pleased to receive the Gites de France customer trophy for the year 2025.

This award recognizes the quality of our guesthouse based on reviews from our guests over the past year (22 reviews, average rating 5/5). We are delighted with this recognition, which highlights our warm welcome and the attention we give our guests during their stay at Villa Émeraude in Dinan.

We will be happy to welcome you to Dinan in 2026 to help you discover our region, rich in heritage and remarkable natural sites.

We now have available (by reservation) a charging station for electric motor vehicles (power 7kw).

Charging packages cost €15 for hybrid vehicles and €20 for all-electric vehicles.

The race will start on Sunday, November 1st, 2026. 118 skippers are registered, across 6 boat classes. We would be happy to accommodate you if you'd like to see the boats in the days leading up to the start, join the festivities, and witness the departure! It's going to be spectacular...

The boats will be grouped together from October 20th in the St Malo basins.

Key dates to remember:

- Opening of the entertainment village : Tuesday, October 20th.

- The parades at sea: October 20th / October 21st and October 23rd

- Race start: Sunday, November 1st at 1 p.m. – off Pointe du Grouin
